Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone early in their Workday career who is eager to grow their technical and functional expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Tier 1 service requests through ServiceNow and coordinating the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process for the HR Pod, following Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HRIS-related service requests submitted via ServiceNow, ensuring timely triage, resolution, or escalation.
  • Monitor, categorize, and respond to incoming tickets, providing high-quality support for Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, and Absence.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and cross-functional teams to ensure service requests are addressed in alignment with SLAs and business expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage the HR Pod’s Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, ensuring all system changes follow established governance and documentation protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of change requests, approvals, and implementation timelines.
  • Support Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog grooming and task tracking.
  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support Tier 1 resolution and user self-service.
  • Participate in testing and validation of Workday updates and configuration changes.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
