Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Analyst with deep expertise in reporting and backend configuration. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Workday reports, as well as configuring system functionality to support HR and business needs. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and experienced in optimizing Workday to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and overall system performance. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports (including matrix, composite, and dashboard reports) • Develop calculated fields and complex report logic to meet business requirements • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, and system settings • Partner with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions • Ensure data integrity across Workday through regular audits and validation processes • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to reporting and configuration • Optimize Workday functionality by identifying opportunities for process and system improvements • Support Workday releases, including testing, impact analysis, and implementation of new features • Create and maintain documentation for reports, configurations, and processes Required Qualifications: • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday reporting and configuration • Strong expertise in building calculated fields and complex custom reports • Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and core HCM modules• Solid understanding of Workday data structures and relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Workday integrations • Background supporting Talent Acquisition HRIS, Payroll, and Finance functions • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or advanced reporting tools • Knowledge of data governance and audit practices Key Competencies: • Technical expertise in Workday backend configuration • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Centric Software provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, color, age, religion, protected veteran or disability status or genetic information.
