OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced Workday Analyst to provide end-to-end managed services for Workday HCM & Finance, including system configuration, integrations, security, compliance, and business process optimization. This role involves stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and Workday release management.

• 5–10 years of Workday experience (HCM, Finance, Integrations).
  Strong hands-on expertise in Workday configuration, security, and business process administration.
• Experience with Workday Extend, Cloud Connectors, and API-based integrations. - Proficiency in Adaptive Planning (Workday Financials integration is a plus).
• Understanding of compliance, audit controls, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management experience.
