A customer on the Oomple platform is looking for an experienced Workday Implementation Benefits Lead to spearhead the transition from a legacy HCMS to Workday HCM. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the successful configuration, testing, and deployment of the Workday Benefits module, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders and end users alike.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and deployment of Workday Benefits functionality, including configuration and testing.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and benefits teams to manage annual events and employee life events.
  • Ensure benefit enrollments and eligibility are processed accurately during onboarding and throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., Canada Life, Sutton, Aon).
  • Oversee the creation and enforcement of eligibility rules, benefit plans, and related business processes.
  • Identify and resolve system issues before go-live, working collaboratively with business and technical teams.
  • Conduct regression testing during Workday updates and configuration changes.
  • Maintain clear documentation for configurations, business processes, and support protocols.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for complex, technical benefits-related issues.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and Business Analysts to assess change impacts and align deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and provide post-go-live support.
