We’re looking for an experienced Workday Compensation Specialist to join our People Technology team and take ownership of our global compensation processes within Workday.
This is a fantastic opportunity to act as a product owner for Workday Compensation, shaping how we configure, optimise, and deliver value across a complex, global organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Own and optimise the Workday Compensation module, ensuring best practice configuration.
  • Lead compensation processes including pay review cycles and bonus cycles.
  • Review current configuration and implement solutions that drive efficiency and stakeholder confidence.
  • Work closely with Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues while proactively improving processes and system design.
  • Keep Workday aligned with standard configuration principles, reducing over-customisation.
  • Stay on top of the latest Workday releases and leverage new features.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions and exploring alternatives when Workday alone isn’t enough.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across India, Mexico, the US, and the UK.
  • Contribute to the team’s future by exploring AI opportunities and supporting Workday accreditation.
