• Minimum of three years of experience in a Workday Configuration Analyst role or a similar position.
• Proficient in Configuration Management and Workday HCM.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and understand key issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Workday configuration.

• Evaluate, recommend, and design new features and functionalities within Workday.
• Conduct fit and gap analysis on Workday processes and upcoming new features that can impact current configuration or business processes.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in determining the appropriate Workday solution to meet business initiatives.
• Support the Workday Systems Manager in operational and project-related tasks.
• Enhance your knowledge of Workday through training, independent research, and experimentation.
• Suggest enhancements and present proposals to functional owners to improve process efficiency.
• Identify and address change management issues related to process improvement.
• Lead projects as defined by leadership, including leading meetings and providing regular project updates.
• Develop, manage, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
