About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Workday Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and operating the system of delivery across our Workday product suite. Our Workday platform underpins critical employee and business processes across the organisation — including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence — forming a central part of the operational heartbeat of the business. In this role, you will drive a scalable, efficient, and product-led approach to delivery. You’ll work across HR, Technology, Payroll, Reward, and wider business teams to remove systemic blockers, improve flow, and enable high-performing product teams. This is an exciting opportunity to support our ongoing transformation to a product-led operating model, while helping to evolve the future of Workday delivery including the integration of AI capabilities.
