This role ensures the ERP systems align with strategic business objectives, particularly for Human Resources (HR). The manager will be heavily involved in a multi-year Workday implementation, migrating from our current system Paylocity, and will be responsible for helping to manage the super user community and providing best practices to ensure optimal system usage and adoption. Essential Job Duties: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and best practices to HR, finance, and other business units. Be a key leader and manager of the super user community, providing training and support. Manage the relationship with the Workday CSM to stay current on new features, product roadmap, and to escalate critical support issues Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of new modules and system enhancements within Workday. Lead change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and high user adoption of the new platform. Ensure the integrity and security of all ERP data through robust access controls, audits, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Manage the relationship with third-party vendors and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support. Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and end-user training materials. Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field is a preference. Years of experience: 10+ years of experience in managing ERP systems, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role specifically focused on Workday. Experience w/ Technology being used: Extensive hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management modules. Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in and integrating Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) into ERP workflows Experience in implementing new ERP solutions across an enterprise Experience in Paylocity is a plus The salary range for this role is $126,000.00 - $140,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
