You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday solutions that meet the needs of our organization while ensuring optimal performance and security.

The client is a company specializing in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Responsibilities: As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Architecture Frameworks is required. Expert level of proficiency in Applications Architecture is recommended. Master proficiency in Operational Architecture, Expert proficiency in Architectural Design, and Master proficiency in Technology Architecture are suggested. Develop innovative technology solutions to address complex business challenges Lead technology architecture discussions and provide strategic guidance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend integration opportunities Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology architecture practices
