The Team/Department
We are looking for a Workday Finance Functional Specialist to join our ERP team to help us with ongoing support and change initiatives with our Workday ERP system.
As a successful Workday Finance Functional Specialist, you will be working within the ERP Product Group DevOps team within our DTI division. Collaborating with the ERP Product Group and key business owners and SMEs, you will be responsible for the delivery of improvements to existing Workday systems and Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations. Additionally, the identification of new opportunities for leveraging the functionality available within Workday Cloud service offerings.

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the dynamic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) DevOps team at the FCA. You’ll be working alongside a talented team, including a Product Owner, Service Manager, and Architects, in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
As our Workday Finance Functional Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the FCA’s ERP solution by gathering and refining requirements, driving Agile delivery, and supporting Finance business customers with BAU operational needs. This role offers the chance to develop deep expertise in Workday while continuously enhancing your analytical and problem-solving skills.
