JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Workday Finance Report Analyst you will primarily be focused on driving reporting efficiencies within Genius Sports through development, enhancement and maintenance of the reporting suite within Genius Sports. You will work closely with Finance teams as well as the Workday support team to ensure data integrity while maintaining compliance with audit standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Workday experience
  • Proficiency in Workday Reports, Composite, Advanced and Matrix reports, Dashboards and Discovery boards (Experience from similar Financial ERP’s will be considered)
  • Experience building reports using Office Connect, (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts is essential (accounting qualification is desirable)
  • Proven experience working with multi-currency transactions and consolidated reporting
  • Proven experience working in a multinational company
  • Proactive, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent English speaking
  • Experience in a US listed environment is useful with a working knowledge of SOX controls.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday including Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Discovery Boards to support the finance teams provide insights and analysis for decision making.
  • Report cataloguing and optimisation to improve user experience
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all reporting solutions
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and solution the most appropriate Workday reporting output.
