Job Overview:
Workday Financials Reporting Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact reporting solutions within their Workday Financial Management ecosystem. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making.

SKILLS:

At least 7 years of Workday experience in a delivery role across multiple Workday financial deployments
Experience around configuring end-to-end finance process which include, but are not limited to, FDM (Foundational Data Model), Supplier and Customer Accounts, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Revenue Management
Experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions with an understanding of Workday financial integrations and related APIs
Strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles.
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning, or Workday Studio
Certificate is a great Plus

Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced financial reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Workday Prism Analytics.
Architect scalable reporting frameworks that support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Expense modules.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure alignment with financial compliance standards (GAAP, IFRS) and internal audit needs.
Optimize report performance and data integrity through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and training to analysts and end-users on report usage and self-service capabilities.
