Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • (HCM Core Product Areas)
    Proven experience with Workday
    configuration in the following functional modules: HCM (Staffing
    and ESS), Security, Reporting and User Experience; having
    experience with HR Business processes related to these specific

areas of Workday

  • General understanding of Cross Product functionality (e.g.

Organizations, Language Translation, Job Catalog, Delegation,
Branding, Cross-tenant configuration, etc.) as applicable to

Workday.

  • Comfort and strength participating in solutioning discussions and

making decisions/conclusions related to enhanced functionality

and creative solutioning.

  • Keeping current on new functionality/features/capabilities of

Workday, current market trends, and other industry products

and technologies.

  • Proven functional delivery experience with iterative or agile

software development methodologies, specifically SAFe (Scaled
Agile) experience preferred.
