ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a dynamic Workday Functional Consultant (m/f/d) to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

• Lead configuration & implementation: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules.
• Collaborate & design: Work with Business Analyst and Product Owner to analyze needs and design effective solutions.
• Testing & deployment: Conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage the rollout of new features.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes.
• Team Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors for seamless integration.
