Workday GTM Leader
As a strategic Workday partner, Jade Global is looking for a strong leader who will take the practice to the next level. Today business and IT executives of our clients are more challenged than ever to determine the right solution and they want to work with a trusted a partner who can understand and provide the level of capabilities to solve their problems.
This is a senior leadership role with the responsibility to accelerate expansion of Workday Service Line.

Areas of responsibility are defined below:

  • Expand and strengthen existing Workday offerings of Jade Global
  • Define and develop Go-To-Market approach in collaboration with Channel, Sales, and Marketing
  • Own and drive strategic pursuits to ensure alignment with our client’s requirements, quality of content, and conformance with the methods and practices of our client.
  • Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions. Assist sales staff with solutions sales client interactions, and present capabilities to client audience.
  • Drive demand generation strategies for the practice with the help of sales and marketing teams
  • Drive account mining strategies in collaboration with Sales and Delivery Teams
  • Network and Develop strong relationships with partner and customer executives.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to drive annual business planning and budgeting for the Practice.
  • Collaborate with other Service lines to develop end to end offerings.Execute strategy and tactics necessary to meet or exceed Service Line financial targets and key performance indicators (KPI)

Qualification

  • Deep understanding of Workday solutions and its ecosystem with 5+ Years of working experience and hands-on knowledge of Workday Implementations
  • SME level knowledge on Workday HCM
  • 5+ Years of presales experience
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Workday implementation certification(s) is added advantag
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility, and trust.

Location & Travel Requirements

  • The selected candidate is expected to travel to meet with prospective and existing customers across United States and Canada
  • Location within the US, preferably near any of Jade offices
  • Dallas, TX,
  • Philadelphia, PA,
  • Ogden, UT,
  • San Jose, CA
  • There will also be internal travel to successfully execute the response.
