YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant prior HCM consulting experience in absence/time tracking functional area
  • Successfully completed at least 1-2 end-to-end HCM implementations
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Existing and current Workday HCM Core Certification preferred
  • Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification or experience preferred

As a Workday Functional Consultant in Absence and Time tracking area, you should expect to play a role in the deployment of relevant Workday HCM Modules for Workday implementation effort and have the following responsibilities:

  • Work with functional leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
  • Business Process Designer – you will use your Experience Design expertise to analyze and design effective business processes. Your day-to-day activities involve collaborating with stakeholders, mapping processes, and designing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and deliver value.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions to drive decision-making and promote best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in the execution of projects.
  • Map business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Help clients configure industry standards within the Workday HCM solution and provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
  • Design and implement requirements in the Workday Absence/ Time tracking solution.
  • Demonstrate configurations through prototyping.
  • Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
  • Provide the Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  • Work with clients to share our Accenture and Workday best practices
  • Participate in Workday certification and update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants.
