Are you passionate about optimizing HR systems and leveraging your Workday expertise to drive business success? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday HCM Analyst/Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Workday HCM platform, supporting various HR functions and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration & Configuration: Manage and configure Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Timekeeping, and Advanced Compensation, aligning system setup with business needs.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday’s reporting tools (Advanced, Composite, Matrix) to deliver actionable insights.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level support for system issues, troubleshoot errors, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Conduct regular audits, data checks, and enforce data governance policies to maintain high-quality, compliant data within Workday.
  • Integration Support: Support the design, testing, and troubleshooting of Workday integrations, including error resolution.
  • User Support & Training: Assist end-users through support and training sessions on Workday functionalities and best practices.
  • Testing & Release Management: Participate in system testing phases (unit, UAT, regression), validate new features, and support Workday upgrade activities.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, process workflows, and job aids to ensure knowledge retention.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and advocate for system improvements to boost efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Workday Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, and Timekeeping.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Workday technical tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Integrations, BIRT, and reporting frameworks (Advanced, Composite, Matrix).
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data entry, auditing, and documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Workday HCM certification is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting or administering HRIS or ERP systems, preferably Workday.
