    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • We are seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM QA Lead/Manager with a strong background in both functional and technical aspects of Workday, particularly in the areas of Data Migration and Integrations.
    • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering quality assurance leadership within large-scale Workday HCM implementations and upgrades.
    • This is a dual-role opportunity combining hands-on QA leadership with team management responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and operational execution.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 12+ years of experience in HR technology domains, including HR, Benefits, and Payroll.

      • **5+ years of recent hands-on experience in Workday HCM QA, specifically around Data Migration and Integrations.
    • Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM modules.

    • Experience leading QA teams in agile and waterfall environments.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Workday certifications (HCM Core, Integration, Reporting, etc.).
    • Experience working with global teams and remote delivery models.
    • Prior consulting or client-facing experience is a plus.
