We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Senior Analyst to play a key role in our global Workday roll-out. Reporting to the Global Director, you will act as a Workday subject matter expert (SME), ensuring the system meets the needs of HR teams across multiple countries.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile global project, working closely with HR and IT stakeholders to standardise processes, improve efficiency, and deliver a world-class HR system.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive Workday HCM experience (additional modules such as Benefits, Compensation, or Time/Absence are an advantage).
  • Multi-country HR systems experience and understanding of local HR requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve independently.
  • Workday certifications highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong data-handling skills.
