Workday HR Associate Purpose As an Associate Workday HR Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Core HCM data while supporting critical HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, compensation, and talent management. You will serve as a primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, assist in issue resolution, and collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth operations. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service, meeting KPIs, and contributing to process improvements, audits, and compliance efforts. This role demands effective communication skills, strong analytical skills with sense of ownership and accountability for actions and results, a good understanding of the process, and applies critical and strategic thinking to support practical solutions. Relations: The Workday HR Analyst - Associate collaborates and interacts with the following key customers and stakeholders: HR Teams within GBS Organization HR Teams in the Region/Cluster/Country People Leaders Employees Technical Support Teams Your Tasks & Responsibilities: Service Delivery Maintain Workday Core HCM elements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Process employee life cycle transactions (e.g., hire, movement, termination, etc.). Support Compensation and Talent Management process and provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on system use and best practices. Provide end-user Workday support through workday system setup, testing, execution, and troubleshooting. Support Workday functionality releases by testing and implementing relevant updates. Assist in training and supporting HR users and employees on Workday functionality and changes; produce deliverables, own task completion, and meet defined KPI and SLA targets. Governance & Audit Perform internal controls (ICS), support audits, and ensure compliance with process standards. Support business continuity planning for the function. Issue Management Assess and resolve operational issues using process knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional HR, technical and business teams to implement sustainable solutions. Perform root cause analysis on missed targets and process issues and execute corrective and preventive measures. Process Improvement & Innovation Participate and initiate process improvement activities and projects. Identify opportunities for simplification and automation. Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain desktop procedures and process documentation. Conduct training sessions for new joiners and ensure knowledge transfer across the team Who You Are: Education bachelor’s degree. Some exposure to HR operations or related administrative tasks. Workday experience is a plus but not required. Basic understanding of HR concepts and interest in HR technology. Ability to learn quickly and manage basic data entry tasks. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills with sense of ownership and accountability for actions and results and applies a critical and strategic thinking to support practical solutions.
