A leading Manufacturing business located in Baden-Württemberg are in undertaking a range of very interesting HR Digitalisation activity including the implementation of Workday HR. A skilled Workday specialist with a solid HR background is required to join the team to assist the business on their journey.
It’s likely that you will have a HR background and some exposure to Workday HCM either as a super-user or dedicated Workday analyst. Existing systems configuration skills are not essential for this role and you will gain the opportunity to develop these skills once you are in the team.
This vacancy is located south of Stuttgart in central Baden-Württemberg and is offered with a Hybrid working pattern. You’ll be required onsite a couple of days each week.

• Detailed HR knowledge and good exposure to Workday as a User or HRIS specialist
• HR Process optimisation and design capability
• Workday support and troubleshooting
• Change Management and Training duties
• Strong communication skills including German and English
• Project skills suited to a range of HR Digitalisation activities
  This role is well suited for a HR professional seeking to move into a dedicated Workday HRIS role or an existing Workday Analyst looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll play a key role helping to ensure this successful organisation optimises their processes ensuring the maximum possible return on their Workday investment. You’ll have the opportunity to play a very important role within HR as well as receiving competitive remuneration in the region of €70,000 > €75,000 plus bonus and benefits.
