You will be the first point of contact for system-related HR queries across Australia and New Zealand. This is a systems-focused role where you will solve users’ issues as they come through our ticketing system, educate users in remote settings, and play a key part in driving improvements in how our system’s delivery. This is a hands-on role managing multiple and varied Workday queries from basic data fixes to testing brand new enhancements. In addition to the above you will: Triage and assist customers with queries or escalate if necessary. Ensure all tickets and communications with customers are tracked appropriately. Maintaining system scheduled admin tasks. Maintain/update Standard Operating Procedures and manuals. Working within the Service Level Agreement. Completing testing for new enhancements. Working directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to drive customer satisfaction. Building relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Contributing towards 'customer self-help' by identifying knowledge gaps and updating relevant support material.
