HR Operations & Processes: providing operational support on key HR processes such as payroll, performance management, onboarding and referencing, benefits, mentoring, refreshing policies and processes. Ensuring our processes are optimal, effective, and efficient and that we deliver a best-in-class HR service. Proactively bring forward new ideas and expertise to strengthen our processes wherever possible. Experience and responsibilities in this area will include:

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), with a strong understanding of system workflows, configuration, and customisation.
  • A solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and the HR processes that fall under it and the ability to translate these processes into systems workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability to oversee multiple workflows accurately.
  • Proficiency in data management.
  • Experience with process improvement, including HR process redesign or automation initiatives.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements such as GDPR or equivalent data protection regulations.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, especially for troubleshooting HRIS issues or optimising workflows.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt HR processes to reflect business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Operations or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Workday (including hands-on administration or process reengineering experience) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Excel (intermediate/advanced level).
  • Understanding of Recruitment Administration
  • Preference for prior management experience, but not critical for the right candidate.
