Job Title: Workday Core HCM Implementation Specialist (HR-Focused)
Location: Onsite –Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Salary Range: $55-$65/hour annual equivalent (W2), commensurate with experience
Position Overview:
A respected government agency is seeking a Workday Core HCM Implementation Specialist with a strong background in both HR systems implementation and hands-on human resources support. This role will serve as a key partner to the HR Information Management (HRIM) Manager, ensuring the successful deployment, optimization, and adoption of Workday Core HCM and associated modules (especially performance and talent management). We are looking for a strategic problem-solver who understands public sector operations, can navigate internal workflows, and is capable of translating technical functionality into practical tools that support HR goals.
