JOB OVERVIEW

Serve as the integration lead for major Workday programs, including post-acquisition integration and job architecture transformation.
Conduct impact assessment and analysis of key dependencies and integration points.
Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle including scoping, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore resources to ensure alignment with program goals.
Drive integration workstream governance by creating and maintaining plans, milestones, and risk registers.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience leading integrations, with a proven track record in complex enterprise integration programs.
4–5 years of direct experience in Workday integration development and management.
Deep technical knowledge of Workday tools including EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
