Our optimism transforms outcomes. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations that connect our core HR systems with external platforms. You will play a critical part by working together with our Workday functional specialist, in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and system scalability across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs), PECI, XML/XSLT Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, ensuring data consistency and security across all systems. Support Workday releases by reviewing upcoming changes and ensuring integrations remain functional and compliant. Create and maintain technical documentation for all integrations and configuration changes. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to implement and test system interfaces. Participate in system upgrades, data migration, and automation initiatives. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience working with Workday integrations. Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Report Writer, and PECI. Strong understanding of XML/XSLT, SOAP, REST, and data transformation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Workday Integration Certification strongly preferred. Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules. Knowledge of security frameworks, data privacy, and compliance (GDPR, SOC, etc.) Additional Information Sia is an equal opportunity employer.
