WORKDAY INTEGRATIONS CONSULTANT (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (location flexible within EU/UK)
Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6–12 months)
Rate: €375/day
Client Industry: Life Sciences / Healthcare
Start Date: ASAP

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 3–5 years’ experience delivering Workday integration solutions.
  • Certified in:
  • Workday Integrations Core
  • Workday Studio
  • End-to-End Connectors (especially benefits connectors)
  • Exposure to middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Workday Extend and Prism is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and proactive approach to integration issues.
    Job Type: Fixed term
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: Up to €60,000.00 per year

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our client, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to join their HRIS transformation team. The role focuses on optimizing and supporting a complex integrations landscape within Workday, with a specific focus on Studio and Core Connectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver expert support across a broad suite of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
  • Maintain and improve an existing but challenging integration environment.
  • Own BAU integration support, resolving ServiceNow tickets efficiently and proactively.
  • Identify opportunities for re-engineering or replacement of underperforming integration solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
