Job Description Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure integration solutions Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to support Workday module implementations and enhancements Maintain documentation for integrations, including technical specifications and support guides Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards Stay current with Workday releases and recommend relevant updates or improvements Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday integration development and support Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP) Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques Experience with Workday security and integration authorization models Solid grasp of HR business processes Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
