Job details •Proposed designation Consultant •Role type We are seeking a high-performing Adaptive Planning Consultant with 10-15 years of experience to support the design, build, and deployment of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions across Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, and Reporting. • •The consultant will work closely with onshore functional leads, solution architects, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality planning solutions. •Reporting to Yashodhan Bapat •Geo to be supported ROW/Across geos/Other •Work timings 0800 to 1600 hrs Roles & responsibilities Adaptive Planning Configuration & Delivery Configure Adaptive Planning models for: Financial Planning (Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L, Cash Flow) Workforce Planning (Headcount, Compensation, Benefits) Build and maintain: Sheets (Model, Standard, Cube, and Metric) Dimensions, Attributes, and Versions Time structures and assumptions This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications •BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech/ MBA/ MCA •Certifications in Workday Integration Core is must Work experience • 8-10 years of IT experience in integrations development of ERP/SaaS/Cloud based systems •2-5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Planning • Key behavioral attributes/requirements •Follow delivery standards, naming conventions, and best practices •Identify opportunities for reusable assets and accelerators •Support knowledge sharing within the team

Responsibilities

The consultant will configure Adaptive Planning models for Financial and Workforce Planning and deliver scalable planning solutions. They will work closely with functional leads, solution architects, and client stakeholders.
