Job details •Proposed designation Manager •Role type Individual contributor/Supervisory •If supervisory: –Please mention the current span of control and team growth expected over the next 12–24 months. –Please mention the total number of direct reports for leadership levels. •Reporting to Lorem ipsum dolor •Geo to be supported ROW Roles & responsibilities •Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. •Translate client needs into effective Workday configurations, ensuring alignment with Workday best practices. •Lead or support Workday tenant build activities using workbooks and configuration tools. •Oversee the provisioning and administration of the Workday PaaS environment, including tenant strategy, build, deployment, and bug-fix support. •Create, validate, and maintain reports and dashboards as per client requirements. Mandatory technical & functional skills •Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Core HCM across multiple projects. •Strong understanding of HCM touchpoints and complex business process configurations. •Proficient in managing EIBs, Advanced Loads, iLoads, and Migration Recipes and Skilled in creating custom reports, worklets, objects, and calculated fields. •Exposure to Customer Central and related tools. •Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with Workday best practices.
