You will join the Business Applications domain, specifically within the HRIS team, which is in charge of all IT tools supporting our HR processes. You will lead a sub-team of two business analysts dedicated to the ongoing implementation and maintenance of our key learning platforms, Workday Learning and Udemy. Your assignments As the Workday Learning Expert, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities to ensure the successful implementation and optimisation of our learning platforms. Your key assignments will include: Leading the design of new solutions and collaborating on the specification of business requirements. animating business workshops to explain the standard Workday approach and gather requirements. Managing the team's workload for two direct reports, monitoring their performance, and creating development plans. Staying current with Workday releases, analysing new features, and proposing relevant enhancements for Devoteam. Driving continuous improvement by suggesting optimisations to our current Workday implementation, including business processes and roles. Overseeing change management activities, including co-animating ambassador community meetings and ensuring the creation of training materials. Providing level 3 support for specific processes and maintaining the service catalogue. Ensuring the team's internal knowledge is captured and maintained through documentation and by organising internal training sessions Qualifications Required skills We are looking for a candidate with a strong combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. The ideal profile includes: Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of Workday Learning is essential, along with familiarity with Udemy and Workday best practices. Technical skills: proficiency with Workday EIB, Google Slides, and Google Sheets. Soft Skills: fluent English is required for this role. You should also possess excellent communication and pedagogical skills, with proven experience in animating workshops and training sessions.
