We are currently seeking an experienced Workday Manager to join our team and take the lead in shaping the future of this HR tool across our Australian coal operations. This newly created role reports to the HR Director and offers the opportunity to build and lead a team while driving the ongoing optimisation and innovation of our Workday platform.

Lead Strategic Workday Initiatives: Drive high-impact Workday programs that align with our HR strategy, leveraging the full suite of Workday modules including Recruitment, Talent, HCM, Workday Help, Workday Everywhere, and Workday Extend. Your work will directly support critical business objectives and enhance workforce management across the business.
Deliver Transformational Workday Solutions: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IS, and IT leaders to provide seamless Workday support, system enhancements, and impactful training. You’ll empower HR teams, managers, and operational workforces – across diverse locations in NSW and QLD – to maximise the platform’s potential.
Drive Workday Optimisation and Innovation: Move beyond initial implementation to continuously improve and evolve our Workday environment. You’ll identify opportunities for greater efficiency, enhanced functionality, and alignment with our dynamic operational needs –helping to shape the future direction of HR technology across a complex, large-scale organisation.
