POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Are you ready to lead a major priority area for marketing and business development within a leading technology and business services firms? Kainos is seeking a strategic, insight-led, commercially minded Marketing Director to support Business Development in the Europe & Australia. You will lead the marketing strategy, design, and delivery of full-funnel marketing & business development initiatives that help drive demand, pipeline, and revenue across our priority sectors and regions within our European & Australian business.

MARKETING REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing leadership roles within IT services, consulting, or professional services.
  • Expertise in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies and ABM programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and work closely with senior sales directors, sector heads, partners and business leaders.
  • Previous experience in partnership marketing including commercial negotiations and joint GTM campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience developing high-impact content for complex pursuits.
  • Proven experience of leveraging marketing capability to open and develop emerging markets and launch new Products and Services.
  • Excellent proven ability to convert Company objectives into marketing strategy with MQL targets achieved and excellent MQL to Sales Won conversion ratios.
  • Excellent ability to drive multi-channel, cross marketing campaigns which are both verticalized and regionalised.
  • Competency in campaign performance analytics, persona-based marketing, and market intelligence and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in partner/channel marketing or marketing within a partner-led GTM model.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and partner ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, SI, technology partners, etc.).
  • Strong demand generation and digital marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM (e.g., Marketo, Dynamics 365 etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing budgets and teams.
