Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Integration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Payroll solutions, with a focus on integration aspects and solutioning the payroll integrations end to end. As a consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements, both functional and integrations, support in designing integration solutions and ensure seamless set up of integration with other HR systems and external vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Workday HCM and Payroll certification preferred.
  2. Proven experience with Workday Payroll integration projects, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
  3. Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  4. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and other Workday integration tools.
  5. Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on time.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes related to payroll.
  2. Design and implement Workday Payroll integration solutions, including inbound and outbound interfaces, data conversions, and custom reports.
  3. Configure Workday Payroll system settings and parameters to align with client requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain integration documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and test plans.
  5. Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll integrations.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors as needed.
  7. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday Payroll integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  8. Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements, incorporating new features into existing integrations as applicable.
  9. Train client teams on Workday Payroll integration processes and best practices.
