Job responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team for Workday-related projects. - Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for Workday enhancements and integrations. - Lead the planning and execution of Workday product releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of Workday configurations to optimize system performance and user experience. - Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on Workday functionalities and best practices. - Monitor and analyze Workday system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Workday implementations. - Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is preferred. - Workday certification is a plus.
