WORKDAY PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience (ERP/Workday experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams

Responsibilities
  • Lead Workday project workstreams across HRIS, Finance, and Technology
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders
  • Provide executive updates and keep leadership informed on progress
  • Own the RAID log and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Serve as liaison with Workday consultants and third-party vendors
