JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Updates to internal and external offer letter templates across 31 countries (a mix of Workday documents and legacy text block templates)
• Review, update, and testing of job posting templates
• Updates and testing of referral bonus eligibility rules
• End-to-end testing of all business process changes, with results to be reviewed by the internal HR team
• Reporting analysis and updates, including identification and revision of custom reports
