ABOUT THE ROLE

Essity, a leading global hygiene and healthcare company, is seeking a dynamic individual for our HR Master Data & Analytics team on a Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Manager, HR Master Data & Analytics, you’ll be part of a global team delivering services in finance, HR, IT, workspace, and master data.
Our brands, including TENA, Tork, Jobst, and Libresse, are sold in 150 countries, improving lives with high-quality hygiene and health solutions. Our team of Workday Reporting Experts, Master Data Analysts, and Power BI Experts spans the globe.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Implement & maintain global HR Reporting including calculation rules, definitions, reports and dashboards via our HRIS platform - Workday
  • Support the bi annual Workday release cycle for the reporting area
  • Resolve issues for customers via tickets related to the Workday reporting area
  • Lead or contribute to global projects and initiatives related to HR data and reporting
  • Act as a global speaking partner to our internal customers to support out HR Analytics journey
  • Collaborate with the other Workday support areas (Core, Recruitment, C&B etc)
  • Develop and implement HR Reporting training for stakeholders
  • Working within a global team and ensuring that the company’s agreed services are processed smoothly and in accordance with relevant policies and legal requirements.
