The opportunity Drive data-informed decisions by designing and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent. Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, improving data quality, report performance, and self-service analytics What you'll be doing Design, build, and deploy Workday standard/advanced/matrix reports, dashboards, and schedules. Create and maintain calculated fields, data sources, and custom objects for complex requirements. Manage report security (domains, roles, access) and ensure data quality, compliance, and documentation. Partner with HR & other partners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Optimize performance, rationalize redundant reports, and support audits, integrations, and KPIs. What we're looking for Hands-on Workday reporting experience with Report Writer, advanced/matrix reports, and calculated fields. Strong understanding of Workday HCM data model, business processes, and report security concepts. Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders; excellent requirements gathering and communication skills. Proven ability to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and implement data governance practices. Detail-oriented problem solver with strong prioritization and delivery discipline. You might also have Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
