Description

Workday Analytics Consultant is responsible for updating and maintaining the HR Data Modelling and Analytics. Design, develop, test and maintain dashboards and reports using Workday reporting tools. Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies and inaccuracies identified in Workday data and reports Research new Workday reporting & analytics features and functionality to determine how best to meet business needs Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary HR experience in a consultative, client-focused role Maintaining technical requirements document, including systems and flowcharts that diagrammatically show how the information will flow Assists in implementation of HR dashboards, and other reporting enhancements and programs Preparing, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting management information and statistical reports, both scheduled and ad-hoc, from multiple HR data sources for various stakeholders Ability to work with abstract concepts and have sound problem solving and analytical skills Strong people interaction and collaboration capability Deep technical understanding of development and platform engineering Excellent client-centricity with the ability to focus on business outcomes Highly Organized and planned individual Self-starter and self-managed Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders, including the technical teams and clients Ability to demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and work well within a team environment Ability to continuously contribute to the improvement of internal effectiveness by contributing to the improvement of current methodologies, processes, and tools Proficiency in Workday reporting tools such as Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Studio (BIRT), HCM, EIB Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in report creation and data analysis Demonstrated years of Software Development and Support experience Demonstrated experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies Ability to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues efficiently Certifications: Workday Core HCM, Workday Analytics, Workday Security and other relevant certifications are highly valued. Functional HR Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR processes in areas such drive documents, EIB's, Reporting, Master data creation 5 + years in Workday Analytics role
