Job Title Workday Security SME Job Description Job description Global Subject Matter Expert People Information Systems In this role, you have the opportunity to: As the Global Subject Matter Expert People Information Systems - Security you are the functional expert responsible for multiple processes and solutions, primarily connected with cross domain Security. You are the counterpart for both the Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and the regional Philips People Services (PPS) Centers, Philips Compliance and various auditing bodies or social partners. You act as a trusted advisor towards the CoEs and translate their policies into an operational way of working in Workday, ADP and downstream systems, in the same time guiding and training the PPS Centers. You manage changes from an end2end perspective, including the impact assessment on the process, way of working and Workday/ADP Globalview setup. You actively contribute to projects as for example: reorganizations, Security redesigns, updates and maintenance. Next to the SME role, you actively contribute to continuous improvement and People technology projects in close collaboration with your colleague SMEs, CoEs and other important stakeholders, while combining your end2end process knowledge with Workday functionality knowledge. Responsibilities: Partner with Centers of Expertise and Functions to translate strategic objectives and policies into End2End processes and solutions. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the End2End process and solution in scope. Manage stakeholders like regional People shared service Centers, People Innovation and Experience, People Business Partners, People administrators and IT to ensure a smooth deployment of the solution. Support security audits in the space of payroll and Workday. Manage changes to solutions (releases / upgrades), partner with People country and regional specialists, perform impact assessments on the End2End process, ways of working and ensure an ease-of-use of the system. Maintain common process maps and related documentation and deployment to Regional People shared service Centers. Project Management: define and implement security improvement projects in line with Functional requirements. Provide training and guidance towards counterparts in Regional People shared service Centers (onboarding new joiners and refresh training to existing SMEs) about the End2End process and the system in scope (Workday/ADP). You are a part of: You are part of a global team of in total 26 HR Information Systems Subject Matter Experts and Solution Specialists. This role is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You report into the Global People Technology & Digitization Manager. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Expertise across People processes, experience with end-to-end processes design and execution, Experience with working in international cross functional projects, Experience with People IT systems (HRIS) - Workday security configuration knowledge is a must High affinity with People technology and solutions, data and governance Analytical and problems solving skills, Strong communication and influencing skills, Fluency in English and preferably other international languages.
