We’re looking to hire a Workday Senior Analyst for a hybrid role in Iselin, New Jersey or New York City. This is a 6-month contract opportunity requiring three days per week onsite.
In this role, you’ll join the Technology team and collaborate with Human Resources leadership to establish and maintain the HR Technology roadmap. You’ll provide expertise in Workday, oversee project management, and handle system maintenance, testing, and training to ensure the success of HR Technology solutions.

Workday Senior Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, integrity, security, and performance of Workday HCM.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in Workday HCM, Security, Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for business and audit needs.
  • Manage integrations (PeopleSoft ? Workday), monitor error logs, and ensure data accuracy through audits.
  • Provide system support, user training, and maintain documentation to enhance end-user adoption.
  • Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and data-driven recommendations to optimize HR technology.

Workday Senior Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6–7 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years in Workday HCM (global enterprise preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Security, Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (SOAP/REST, Studio, EIB, Report Writer, or PeopleSoft).
  • Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, reporting, and analysis; Adaptive Insights familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills; Workday certifications preferred.
