What You’ll Do:

• Lead Workday projects of varying size, complexity, and interdependency across HCM, Finance, VNDLY, etc.
• Collaborate closely with Helios consultants and client stakeholders to translate business needs into executable, scalable Workday solutions
• Own project delivery — managing scope, timeline, resources, communication, and risks with precision and transparency
• Foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams, aligning on shared goals and ensuring accountability
• Navigate ambiguity with confidence, simplify complex situations, and deliver consistent value
• Champion a solution-oriented mindset that prioritizes outcomes over tasks
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning on goals, navigating challenges, and driving project success

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $ 13 5 ,000 – $ 17 5,000 . Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
