TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Expertise in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP ERP HCM, and SAP S/4 HANA
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like SAP Business Technology Platform and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with integration technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, SAP CPI)
  • Experience with XML, XSLT’s
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements in HR

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT implementation and delivery projects
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the HR domain
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO

In this role you will be responsible for strategizing and delivering end to end Workday solutions for our enterprise clients, supporting and advising business development as a Workday Solutions SME, and lead a Workday Devops team of high performing individuals.
Working with multiple stakeholders, you’ll provide holistic value added solutions for our clients so they can get the most out of Workday specific to their needs. In this role you will be have a commercial, operational and technical responsibility for our client and with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop technical solutions for HR systems and processes
  • Analyze current HR technology environments and propose improvements
  • Create and document solution architectures, including technical specifications and integration designs
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to align solutions with business objectives
  • Oversee the implementation of new HR solutions and their integration with existing systems
  • Evaluate and recommend HR technology vendors and products
  • Develop architecture patterns and building blocks aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Provide technical leadership and support for HR-related projects and initiatives
