ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced Workday Specialist to lead and optimise our Workday HCM system, with a focus on Compensation configuration. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, a solid track record in project leadership, and a proactive approach to process improvement. For this position we are looking for a candidate located close to our headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday System Expertise: Lead configuration and enhancements, with a strong understanding of Workday HCM and preferably Compensation.
  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
  • HR Process Improvement: Design and improve HR processes, leveraging Workday functionalities for automation and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, offering support and ensuring transparency on project progress and issues.
  • Future Planning: Partner with leadership to anticipate system needs and plan for future enhancements.
