ENVISION YOURSELF AT BARRACUDA

We are seeking an experienced Workday Staff Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and configuration, as well as a deep understanding of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Peakon, and Recruiting.

Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM development experience, including integrations and configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Strong experience in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reporting, and Calculated Fields.
  • Familiarity with Workday Security, Business Process Framework (BPF), and Tenant Management.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management processes.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Workday Extend (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
