Collaborate with project stakeholders, including functional leads, project managers, and developers, to define testing requirements and strategies. Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various Workday modules and integrations. Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to validate the functionality and stability of Workday configurations and customizations. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including test script creation, defect tracking, and issue resolution. Qualifications 3- 5 Years experience in testing Workday HCM, Talent, Benefits, compensation, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning modules is essential. Proven experience leading and managing testing activities for Workday deployments and upgrades. Strong understanding of Workday functionality, configurations, and integrations.
