It offers a full spectrum of technology solutions in the arena of Oracle Cloud Applications, PeopleSoft, WorkSoft, Workday and niche technology areas such as mobility Job Description Budget – 8 LPA Position - 5 Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workday Time & Absence Consultant to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable workforce management processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions and system designs. Configure and maintain time entry rules, time calculations, work schedules, leave plans, accruals, eligibility rules, carryover policies, and absence balances. Design and support complex absence programs including vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and statutory leave plans. Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment. Perform impact analysis, system testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new implementations and enhancements. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process documentation, and training materials. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management. Strong understanding of workforce management, leave administration, and payroll-related processes. Experience with Workday business processes, security configuration, calculated fields, and reporting.
