Job Description You take ownership of our Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules, ensuring they are configured correctly and continuously improved. You ensure that our time and absence processes are fully compliant with German labor law. You collaborate closely with HR to support time-related data flows and system integrations. You act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and provide expert guidance on system-related topics. You manage Workday releases, testing cycles, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements. You support reporting, audits, and process optimization initiatives to continuously improve our setup. Qualifications You bring proven experience working with Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking (Workday certifications in these modules are a strong plus). You have experience working in German companies, ideally in larger environments with 1,000+ employees. You have a solid understanding of German labor law, particularly in relation to working time and absence regulations. You have worked closely with Payroll and HR teams and understand the importance of clean data and smooth collaboration. You think analytically and approach challenges in a hands-on, solution-oriented way. You are fluent in English; German skills are a strong advantage.
