REYNOLDS AMERICAN HAS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A WORKER’S COMPENSATION ANALYST IN WINSTON SALEM

We are looking for a knowledgeable and organized Workers’ Compensation Analyst to manage our workers’ compensation program and support injured employees through recovery and return-to-work processes. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, timely case management, and a positive employee experience.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Serve as the liaison for employees, managers, insurance carriers, and medical providers in managing workers’ compensation claims.
• Support employees throughout the workers’ compensation process, ensuring timely and accurate claim submission and resolution
• Manage claim lifecycle, coordinate return-to-work plans, and assist in accommodations as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal workers’ compensation laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and Safety teams on complex cases.
